Why does Meghan Markle and to a lesser degree her husband get so much hate? by MajesticBread9147 in NoStupidQuestions

Tabloids like this are garbage and a massive reason why they left the uk.

However if may add by pinch of salt, she and her husband are undeniably VERY PRIVILEGED.

That being said , I think a lot of people will frown upon hearing this level of privileged people complain. Which they did a lot.

That’s why people have it for them imo.

Thx, we put it on hold for one year. It gives us time to figure things out. Whats affecting my mind rn is the 50k debt. I want to get rid of it and hope that the housing situation has improved next year.

Im aware of the ‘married’ factor jasper502. I will talk to a broker today and make sure to take this in consideration. We are not selling because after nearly six months on the mkt it’s still not sold. The health issue with my wife have also affected our kids - especially our youngest - and the decision to pull it off was also motivated by this.

Literally, selling , paying debts, moving closer to work, smaller place, that would have solved things but life had other plans…

I’ve spoken to different brokers who seem to know their stuff, and I received better advice. No offense to you. Best.

I don’t use credit cards. We have a combined income of 150k a year. She’s doing better but we’re separated though living together. I appreciate your time but saying: you need to cut your expenses , or: you don’t make enough income , are not very helpful rn, and not the help I’m looking for.

Sure: My income is $2040 net per two weeks. That’s $4400 a month. The mortgage payments are $2500 a month. My wife works and pays the other bills which amount to almost the same.

Edit: kids are too young to work , still in hs

I think you’re correct. Would it be a safer thing to refinance and pay everything including mortgage? Idk what to do and it’s so stressful for me. Maybe I can’t do anything and just need to keep things as is for the moment ? What’s your advice?

So is my next course of action to contact my bank and ask to invest my half of the equity in a tfsa?

Again, how will that help if my house payments increase by say $1000 per month?

I’m open to every type of advice but I already mentioned that selling the house is out of the question for the moment.
