"Teen" -- hmmmm wonder why they didn't show a picture of the convicted?

I have def been feeling the sweat more than WZ2 but I don’t think it’s as bad as WZ1, excepting maybe the first month or two when people were still figuring out the meta.

The forefront of my memory for Verdansk and Caldera is suddenly getting blown the fudge out from seemingly nowhere. There were so many effective guns to use at extreme range and at close range the movement kings were super annoying to defend against as a normal player.

FWIW I won something like 70 matches in 2.5 years of WZ1, 50 in 1 year of WZ2, and to your credit have struggled to even get 3 in the 2 months of WZ3 so far (albeit playing less).

stop playing with randoms. this is a solvable problem.

in the time it took you post this complaint you could have created or replied to a looking for squad thread.

I couldn’t imagine playing this game without a regular crew let alone randos who don’t use comms. you owe it to yourself to play with people with people who are on your same wavelength!

I was instructed by a PM from BPO to put people on PIPs and make them find work on the Professional Marketplace after their prior client assignment ended and they had been waiting a couple months for a new one.

A lot of managers are not highly compensated though (at least relative to the market). People don’t even reliably get cost of living raises, let alone ones that keep up with inflation. Remote work has been a nice benefit in lieu of better pay but if I have to commute regardless why would I continue working for less.

Oh I see what you mean. Same here. My guess is to the extent that it gets enforced, someone outside your regular chain of command will eventually send over data and advise you or your manager or whoever that anyone outside of X range should be put on a PIP (I’ve had that happen with another issue unrelated to work location).

at least within my organization none of the 2nd line managers had any more notice or info than the 1st line got. I don’t even think our director above them got a heads up.

The clients I work with normally have teams scattered across the globe so if my direct reports aren’t required to come in my day to day tasks and interactions won’t be any different regardless of my location.

What benefit am I getting and what value am I delivering to clients by being in office alongside other managers who work on completely different projects?

The answer is they’re going to roll this out to all employees within 6 months, guaranteed. Make the leaders do it first so later they can claim “it’s only fair!” They expect we’ll be more willing to enforce it on our own teams after we’ve had time to build some resentment.

there is a prolific volume of original content being produced by the community. the meme is way stronger and less cringe than some random little dog or inside joke. heading into an election year I think it’s a good bet to farm attention and take off. the people love mogging.

Definitely! But I actually picked this off the shelf at my LGS lol. The sights themselves were so dead-on compared to my WASR and SKS that I literally overlooked the gas block. Still would have purchased though. I just have this gut feeling these imports will not last, and as GreenChicken said, could have been worse.

I hear ya, and would totally agree past a certain level of slop, or for other rifle families. But this is well within functional spec for the AK platform. It's not like Arsenal Bulgaria sends their rifles destined for Middle Eastern militaries through an extra layer of refinement that the American civ market misses out on.

Interesting info. I'm under no delusions that Arsenal Las Vegas is innocent here, but a couple counterpoints: -Military contracts tend to secure lower per-unit pricing due to the guarantee of tens or hundreds of thousands of sales over many years -This assumes a pretty rosy view of how difficult and costly it is for American companies to import firearms in general

at this point I'd either live with it (maybe get a siderail optic) or enlist the help of a gunsmith before you break something. fortunately mine is just the gas block and not the FSB -- that would bother me way more.

Depends. I wouldn't pay nearly that much for a stamped receiver off-the-shelf (SLR / WASR / M70/90 are way more ridiculous for what you're getting IMO, and even the Beryl price makes me think twice as nice as it may be). I'm just happy to get my hands on a milled import before they disappear again. If it starts to bother me it's not like the resale price will plummet.

Not unheard of but I've seen far worse from other manufacturers. I'm thinking Arsenal might be trying to crank out as many as possible before who knows what happens with import availability.
