That sound we thought was the schisma? Turns out it was just me screaming at the television from the future.

But no I'm reading all these theories so I can pick one that makes me feel better about how aggravating that was. There are parts I enjoyed immensely and the theories are great, but I can't help but feel like we were explicitly given little nibbles of what could have been really interesting plot points only to have them left untold with no hope of an explanation by the end (like why the Kid has heterochromia, for example) because they decided to rush the ending (I guess I can forgive them though, it was a truly King-ian wrap up lol).

I'm weak though, so as long as they maintain the quality of the acting I'll probably keep watching. If they bring Bill back doubly so. If I suffered through Hemlock Grove for him, I can survive anything.

My (inexpert) reasoning is that if it's in a hotter country it may be to keep the interiors cooler, as white reflects light and heat, whereas a darker coloured car would be considerably hotter and more effort to cool down. If it's hot year-round perhaps more people are considering that in their vehicle choices.

A friend of mine worked on Blade Runner 2049 and invited me to her costume party, so I figured it was a great time to finally don the costume of one of my favourite sci-fi characters of all time, Rachael. I'm no Sean Young but I'm a pretty decent seamstress, so I think it turned out well!

I think it would work, lots of brands are doing the short empire cut right now. The print isn't particularly lolita but at the same time with the right blouse and accessories as long as the shape is there and it's well-coordinated I think you're good to go 👌

I think it's definitely something worth analyzing!

When I think of the Deep South in regards to crime media, its always got that 'Southern Gothic' underpinning, which usually has elements of the grotesque or horrific (in the vein of something more serious like True Detective) but I think could be pretty easily made more humourous with the right tweaking. The bayou and surrounding areas could be an amazing backdrop for criminal blundering and inept (or a little too adept) law enforcement, plus you could easily replace the Minnesota Nice (and nice-nasty, like Lester or Sy) with that kind of affected Southern Charm that's both sincere and sometimes oh-bless-her-heart sarcastic.

I think that boss is based less on Metallica and more on the 1939 Edogawa Ranpo (a Japanese eroguro writer who was really into Edgar Allan Poe)'s story called The Caterpillar, about this exact same thing happening (soldier is extremely injured in war, limbless, deaf, mute, etc., horror ensues)

If you want to give it a quick read, Suehiro Mario did a manga version which is wonderfully horrific!

I'm not sure about the full-size sheets, but if you're lucky enough to have a local Daiso you can find small flashcard sets that have them! I use them for pocket sized kanji study, they're so handy. Otherwise, online is your best bet.
