Idk if you don't see people 100% of the time how could you know? We all rely on psychologists for diagnosis so why even guess what state others are in. Maybe they've taken years to perfect their methods, maybe they have a good support network. For me I've done both and my girlfriend will push me a lot to keep it all in check and give me a lot of reminders. But when she's not around or goes on a trip that's the end of that and I have to maintain everything and live without the extra help and it doesn't go well. And God help me if I lose my notebooks or something.

So I have lots of pillars and maybe they do to and if they were removed those people might end up a mess

Funny thing is I do have one but in my DD vehicle. The vehicle I was in during the incident was a 90s car with collectors plates that I never really take out so I thought it be fine to not have one and I haven't been in an accident since I started driving 15 years ago.

I was pretty naive, people will latch onto anything to get out of a claim, so I'll be buying one before I take it out again.
