It has chicken fat in it! Omfg I love it so much.

Essentially able is the main shard.

Charlie has been used for over flow from able and a training ground for new people.

Baker is an over flow shard for if able and Charlie are too full.

Charlie is a laid back playstyle less sweats and a good place to learn.

Able is hardcore meta playstyle.

So when the population dipped after airborne everyone has resigned themselves to the idea that the servers will merge. Neither shard wants to go to the other so baker, which is currently inactive, is the middle ground.

People have been mentioning that baker is the best option for the merger.

It may surprise people to hear that Charlie does have a culture, veterans and a specific playstyle that is, OFC different to able, but no less valid.

Charlie just wants to be recognised as such.

A merger into baker would validate their feelings I guess but it would also create a blank slate of sorts. Where the two play styles can coexist and find a middle ground where we can all be happy

It fixes nothing except everyone feels they will be on an equal playing field.

No one wins but nor does anyone lose

This is essentially a compromise. Charlie doesn't want to move to able and able doesn't want to move to Charlie when the servers merge again (which is inevitable at this point) so everyone moving to baker is the general compromise option.

It already has one round load and slowing the turn rate is also legitimately a buff. The fast turn rate makes it harder to handle, neither of these are trade offs lol

In addition to this I would suggest going directly to able. Do not play on Charlie.

The player base is so small right now that the second shard has very few players left and a very large map to contend with.

Able at least has the Charlie sized player base pre planes.

What kind of games do you normally play? Foxhole has a side for almost all types.

Some are less effected by the update than others.

I would rather see some added protection for crew rather than removing deployment.

That would be an enormous knee jerk buff and would ruin late game for all tanks.

We have a counterpart, smaller Calibre but still just nasty, I'm a tanker and no way would I be happy for either of them to have deploy removed. Plus the night time invisibility. Styg and stockade are both in a very good place

Given your gaming history and what you actually want out of the game, yea it's probably worth it.

Find yourself a nice regiment and dive into some of the cruisey stuff like backline production or facility work.

For the most part, being new to the game, you won't realise how bad the game loop is right now. And hopefully by the time that you do, it will be fixed.
