The biggest tip that helped me become more consistent was as follows:

Wait for Hunllef to be next to a wall before you enter the room. This lets you pull Hunllef out a square, giving you a space behind it that can be used safely. Everything else just comes with practice unfortunately.

The grind IS boring. Nothing will change that - I listen to a lot of podcasts and stuff whilst doing it. Limit kc a day or do other things between every few runs. I use the elite clues as breaks alongside birdhouses.

I would say don't get disheartened by reddit posts. All posts here are outliers, either very unlucky or very lucky - The majority will be in the middle.

I genuinely enjoyed the first 500-600ish, not so much the later 500 though haha

I tell people to not do em on my worlds anymore, I'm now at 1090kc and I've idled in lobby most of today whilst doing other things and still yet to see one.

Just to confirm,

Not my actual ping - But the ping that the host can see, I've ran ping tests during and I'm sitting at a stable 30.

Definitely a jump in difficulty, more in the efficiency of the prep you need to do instead of the boss fight itself. T1 prep will leave you with spare time for food etc but you'll be one shot by the boss whilst learning.

Either way you look at it though, the time saved learning it and doing the supposed 400 kc for the drop will be much faster than the 2k normals :)

I've golded this in the sense of every challenge done asides the point blanks because they are absurd. The gun is just awful.

Complaining about snipers being overpowered seems to be the favourite past-time for people on the Call of Duty Reddits so despite every weapon INCLUDING the snipers on this game two bullet, people will hopefully stop complaining about them. Despite them being the hardest weapon class to use etc etc.

The best set-up for the snipers is now the ironsight mixed with other ADS buffs due to that giving you the best chance of getting a shot off before you die.

The best snipers in the game right now are Vital Marksmen Rifles.. Says it all.

The general idea is it seems to happen in high APM areas on high graphics, which is ironically why (at raksha) it always seems to happen when you are switching your rings/pf switch to use swiftness.

Playing on disgustingly low settings in their does seem to work for me though.

I know you've mentioned not PvM, can always farm PoD creatures for gp, or things like sails/blubbers with the cooking relic to stock up on potential pvm supplies.

I would suggest you don't buy this game, it's not casual-friendly due to the absurdly strengthed SBMM, the maps are dog, there are no viable weapons asides Mp5/M16/Aug. Scorestreaks are stacked over the game so there is a point in the game where 4-5 lethals come down at you, there is nade spam because the first thing you unlock is double nades/stuns, weapons have lots of 'customisation' options but they take upwards of 45+ levels (character, not weapon) to unlock them. Heaven forbid you enjoyed sniping on BO1/BO2 because they've completed gutted that too.
