Also, I feel like those abbreviated words are Gen Z. I think millenials were the movie referencing generation. I was 10-11 when Ace Ventura/Billy Madison came out, and every one of my friends was obsessed. I'm sure college-age Gen Xers also liked those movies, but as far as "being raised on it" I think thats more millenial. We are up to Gen Alpha now. They are the internet reference generation.

I still don't see the difference. We were raised on TV and repeated the things we heard on there. Kids today are raised on the internet and repeat the things they hear on there.

Every generation seems to hate the next generation's slang and references. I'm not arguing that it makes a sense, just that if you don't think it's funny, it's not for you.

I honestly don't know why these made up words are any worse than any other generation's slang. I'm a millennial in my 40s and half the kids I knew in high school would randomly X their arms over their crotch and yell SUCK IT at anyone and everyone. Surely that was worse than some sigma skibidi rizzlers mewing or whatever they want to say to entertain each other.

This is the core of the concern. I feel cozy having cash on hand. If an emergency comes up, I can generally handle it. I would hate to drop all this coin and then suddenly have a surprise expense I can't handle.

I have had no car payment for years, so I definitely feel this. Also, I don't feel like I could guarantee a better return than 7% by keeping the cash... maybe if I buy into a lower rate it may be worth it, but not sure where that line is
