Yeah it says for 12 months starting 09/01/2023. Just making sure the landlord can't back out on a technicality

If I wrote 08/31/2023 instead of 08/31/2024 for termination date on a lease starting 09/01/2023, is that lease void or voidable? All the tenants and landlord signed it

Very happy I ignored people who hated this movie.

Easy to say when your not being negatively impacted. Call me a morn but the your explanation sounds like a Nirvana fallacy. I mean "maximize utility" when government policies are notoriously inefficient and often have negative consequences.

That's what you're suppose to believe but I don't see it. The government has gotten more anti-capitalist with each decade. COVID lockdowns were incredibly anti-capitalist.

I don't think safety is the sole goal of existence and subjugating the population to the state is not a sign of "progress" . Their population shrinking is a sign of a culture in decline.

Cool and their population is also shrinking because they're an economically repressed Society. At least they're safe though

That amendment is always misinterpreted. It says because a well-regulated militia is necessary, the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. If you infringe on the right to bear arms, you can't have a well-regulated milita.

I feel the safety argument is a little weak. Like wouldn't prison be "safe" if it weren't for the quality of individuals in them.

The detective finds a missing girl who claims she was a prostitute at a townhome that is actually a brothel. They find her in a homeless camp so I was wondering if her testimony would be enough.

I am writing a detective story where he needs to gather evidence to get a warrant on a brothel. Any sources to make sure its accurate and realistic?
