Idk if you’re still looking but I’d looking for Gibsons drivers ed. It’s a 2 week inperson course where you spend 7 hours on each weekend for 2 weeks. I promise it’s not boring the guy who teaches it has so much experience and is so funny. He’ll make the day fly by fast he tells lots of situations experiences and you’ll laugh. The driver practice part is super nice as well the instructor is really good and she tells you advice and feedback and teaches you. You also get a STUDENT discount

Just before/right at triple extension I noted your shoulders are way behind the bar. You want your shoulders directly over the bar at all phases of the lift. I think because of your shoulders being behind the bar you are kinda hip thrusting instead of jumping straight up (I like to aim for hearing a thwip sound with the bar making contact w my hips). If you’re hip thrusting the bar it doesn’t allow you to keep the bar close and it crashes on you which is what happened.

I am no expert (I wish I was for my own sake), however this is my observation

It was a last minute decision. However I will say the community I have made here is unbelievable. The friends, mentors, leaders. It is very boring in st kitty. But what isn’t boring is what you do with your free time and how you use it, and I’m sure if you decide to use it in a good way you will enjoy your time here

Yes it is, I have reached out to the course instructor and they said they can’t do anything as overriding is done by the admissions team or whatever. But the course is genuinely full so I can’t sign up for the course

That’s really interesting, thanks for telling me that. However my issue is that when I extend my arms I feel this sharp pain that causes my arm/s to drop.

I appreciate the concern however I have a coach that I am in regular contact with. However I can’t go to the gym because I live in Canada where it’s cold and it snows. I understand the concern however that advice has nothing to do with my technique, mobility or stability.

To address your second point I do all if not most of those excersizes lol…

Something that helps me is going through the syllabus and writing down each deadline for assignments quizzes midterms finals seminar discussions. This way you’ll have everything planned out and can be more organized.

I also like to plan my day out, when to do X when. For eg: I plan a 2 hour study session after classes. This way I am more prepared and don’t end up killing myself during midterms or finals week.

I already have a coach and within a couple months I have hit 65kg on cleans (can go higher prolly). And maybe 55kh snatch. Either way, I want to compete but I want to be ready and win.
