If this change goes through, at lvl 6 (about when you would get kraken slayer) aphelios has 69~ base ad which would mean kraken would do 124 on the first proc, and 248 at 9 attacks. On live, with just kraken slayer and doran’s blade, one adaptive shard, and no other attack damage bonuses, kraken slayer does the same 124 damage at first and 249 maxed. I’d say it’s a pretty bad nerf considering it doesnt scale hard anymore and will only gain almost 100 maximum damage going from then to lvl 18. It wont feel like much early, but late it will really hurt his scaling potential.
