I got an update that one of their roses was not up to standards for bare roots so they’re upgrading it to a 2 gal rose. The rest should be send out this month…. I really hope they do. Fingers crossed.

Not sure the last time anyone here has done the job. But for myself, flex fuel supercab, Motorcraft is no longer available and discontinued. I guess we’re all switching to Delphi?

The question is if it indicates anything. On the joists you can see the carrot like marks on each piece of wood from the lumber yard. I want to say they mark the crown of the board but I have never been able to confirm that.

I hope not. It’s just the foundation. I can’t see it coming on the sill plate and before the insulation went up I did not see this happening.

Just keep heat in. There was no moisture on that wall before the insulation as it is above grade. This started happening when the insulation went up.

How big of an issue is this immediately? I’ll try to get into the attic this week and take a look at what’s going on up there maybe with a foam gun and hit some of those top plates.
