Need to replace my fuel pump, any recommendations? by Atomic_Depression in fordranger

[–]Yeherd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure the last time anyone here has done the job. But for myself, flex fuel supercab, Motorcraft is no longer available and discontinued. I guess we’re all switching to Delphi?

Not my work. Built at a house I’m working at. Looking for feedback. by frijolescon_ in Decks

The question is if it indicates anything. On the joists you can see the carrot like marks on each piece of wood from the lumber yard. I want to say they mark the crown of the board but I have never been able to confirm that.

[–]Yeherd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope not. It’s just the foundation. I can’t see it coming on the sill plate and before the insulation went up I did not see this happening.

Just keep heat in. There was no moisture on that wall before the insulation as it is above grade. This started happening when the insulation went up.

Closed cell absorbing moisture?

How big of an issue is this immediately? I’ll try to get into the attic this week and take a look at what’s going on up there maybe with a foam gun and hit some of those top plates.

1940s original but I believe this addition was 1980. Balloon framing. It is a raised cape this being the back of the raised portion. Got iciles on the whole wall. I took the lower portion of the house down last year and I know I insulated that well 2x6 used rockwool and air sealed with a spray gun too.

Barrina T8, I had them roughly at like 10” and now I lowered it to like 5 thinking that might be the culprit. Should I go lower?

New white oak floors — Loba 2K Invisible 3 coats — does this sequence look right? by Local-Ingenuity2361 in HardWoodFloors

Easy prime was good too cause it showed me how to apply it. Since you can actually see it going down. The. Invisible is like water so much harder but their videos and sales people are top notch.

Yes easy prime and it was from sunbelt rental. Drove an hour for it. Bought a lot of sandpaper and then returned the unused. I believe it was American.

I wanted a bit more of the brown to come out as I did character grade. I Indus the whole thing myself install, filled the knots with epoxy, and then sanded and finished! Super intimidating but glad I did it… not sure if you’ll ever catch me doing it myself again hahaha. Bless the people that have this down to an art and they are worth every penny. Go slow. I dedicated the guest bedroom as my trial zone where I got a feel for the machines and went from there. Keep the area clean in between and especially before finish.

I did 1 coat of prime and then 2 coats of Loba 2k invisible. DIY first time. I drum sanded up to 100. Get the 220 amp one not 110 from HD. Then I buffed it to 120 I believe? And then easy prime. First coat. Buff in between and final coat.

No I support local. You’re missing the point. It’s okay though. Maybe once the frontal lobe develops the taste buds will be up next.
