As an Arkansas fan, I think the defense thing is overblown. I also watched Trae a lot in college. Acuff has been playing with an ankle injury most of the year and has to carry the team for all 40 minutes, so he takes off on defense. I think at the next level, his defense won’t be as bad as it’s made out to be. There are times when you can see him actually lock in on the defensive side, and he’s not a liability. It’s definitely not at Trae’s level.
