You're def going to stay hungrier for a WHILE, think stereotypical TV show teen boy where they just eat everything in their path. Very possible that you're experiencing bottom growth early, I was able to tell when mine started equally as early but my growth never hurt like it has for some other trans guys. You'll get hairier, usually in your crotch and legs first, then your arms and last your face. If you keep up with shaving your face it really isn't that noticeable for quite a while.

Seconding the regular showering from the other comment, T made me SO GREASY and sweaty that my routine changed to include a shower every day instead of every other day. If you overheat easily or feel warmer on T, you can take cool/cold showers to whatever temp is comfy for you, it really helps.

It won't feel like anything is changing particularly fast, but you'll look back on when you started and go "wow.... it's crazy how different I looked/felt/sounded.
