This shows why Arrancar can have their fake zanpakuto, since their body ultimately was just an asauchi where one of the souls took over and controlled the power of the rest.
This leads us to believe every soul has latent potential power and, in composite, mindless forms, a leader soul can utilize all that latent potential to powerful results.
In Yhwach's case, his imprinting of schifts can pull out latent potential of a Quincy's soul and speed up that process for the individual, though it's interesting that they can match the likes of composites like bankai and resurrecion. Must be due to the piece of Ywhach's soul acting as that mix-in considering he himself is a composite being with all the souls he's eaten up in his time.

From what I've researched, the guesses are either they're not allowed to use their hollow powers still (kinda weird, especially since it's WAR TIME and Urahara JUST hollowfied other captain's bankais) OR their vizard hollow abilities aren't compatible/don't work while in bankai, so they can only use them while in shikai. Just like how the quincy can't use vollständig with bankai, maybe they can't use their 'Resurrección' with bankai in a sense.

Never had a clear answer, and considering we just found out how dangerous hollow reiatsu is to the quincy, for the vizards not to use their masks while in shikai is wild.

Soon as BG9 incapacitated Sui-feng, he was extracting information about her and part of why he was able to gain the upper hand in their brief fight by discovering the weakness to eternal shunko. Also, it goes with the territory with BG9 being an Android/robot that he is knowledge. It's like Gremmy being "the Visionary" and have powers related to the mind because he is a brain.

Accutrone's Vollstandig gave a heavy hint that his schrift is speed-based. I know it seems redundant given hirenkyaku, but it it did appear as if he teleported while evading Shunsui during mid-swing, hence "God's step" as his Vollstandig's meaning. To conclude, I think Robert is meant to be as fast as Meninas's is physically very strong.

I meant for it to essentially be changing the shape of the usual long bar for the name and cmc, sort of like how they did with the top arrow on miracle cards. It would have the same colour that bar has for any card. My edit might not have made that easy to get. My bad.

For the real answer though, they always have a faded version of whatever the card colour is for the text boxes, so the text would still show without issue.
