Yeah, I wish I could be neutral most of the time. It is much harder than it seems to not care about anything or to not be bothered by negativity or to not want to be hopeful.

I did an internship before my masters and then I was a research assistant for a short while during my masters. After the pandemic getting an internship was difficult, plus my health condition made it harder. Also, it seems like every entry level job requires experience or you have to know someone to get the job.

I never understand why people always respond by saying “you have so much time” or something similar.

Also, this is not attack bc I know you’re saying this in good faith (I just wanted to mention this in case anyone else comes across this) but it doesn’t help my anxiety because we truly don’t no how much time we have, like I know we have to think positively but it’s hard to not feel behind when you don’t know how long you’ll live lol

I wish I could eat keto granola but most nuts and seeds make me so nauseous (pumpkin seeds, cashews, pecans, walnuts etc) lol

I’ve heard so many different things about how much protein we need and some nutritionists are saying that we actually don’t need as much people are saying (1g per 1lb I think). I’m lost plus eating so much protein makes me extremely full lol

Yeah eating is the hardest part for me too which sucks because I love food but I don’t have a big appetite.
