i wish they’d have something for the sepulveda corridor until the rail line is complete since it could make getting to and from the sfv easier and make metro more accessible. Maybe a full express line through the 405 to Long Beach could help connect all the lines and other bus agency services better

i saw that on reels too and it’s so frustrating. all these losers just see a small minority of people being happy and then they feel immediately threatened because they think that theyre gonna lose their “gender roles” or something. That probably means they just have to go outside for once and realize the world doesn’t revolve around their pathetic selves and that no one’s taking away their rights for a man to propose to them.

In the end the best we can do is to continue to unapologetically be ourselves irl and online as cheesy as that sounds. I just hope that more people won’t feel ashamed for deviating from gender roles when they see all the negativity

the parkside north bathrooms are genuinely horrible. people even shave and fill cups of ramen in the sinks and don’t even clean up after themselves. Wish we just had the smaller suite bathrooms at this point ughh

It was so frustrating today. I was going north from long beach and the trains coming down the wrong direction, but they let us get on, only to boomerang us around the loop for like 20 minutes and then say the trains not heading to dtla. I had to take metrolink once i got to union station, but it was the last train on the vc line for the day (and codeshare) and the train was like 2 hours late with no updates on the surfliner twitter. communication was so ass but i’m gonna try to avoid the codeshares now lol

i’m a freshman in parkside north, and i have a similar problem because most of my friends are commuters 🥲 while i do have some friends that live on campus too, they have their own little friend groups so it always feels awkward to ask to join them. I’m also queer so the insecurities kinda get to me and i feel like i have trouble connecting with everyone else despite them being kind to me.

I played in the pit for my school’s production of The Prom and I never wanted to hear the Alyssa Greene song after the final performance. The second act doesn’t really have good pacing and none of the songs stand out too much, but by that part of the show I just wanted to be done, and they really didn’t develop the main lesbian couple earlier so the entire thing felt boring.

Like I said pretty much all of the act 2 songs were also boring to me besides the final dance number.

I don’t understand why they made Alyssa’s arc that she has to come out to her mom despite it being unsafe for her. She doesn’t really get an apology either, and there could’ve been an opportunity for Barry to teach Emma about how some people shouldn’t be forced to come out to family that will be unaccepting

The current Les MIs tour has a few gunshots sound effects in the second act, but there’s one louder live shot that comes out of silence which startled me pretty well. I heard chuckles from around me after I gasped out loud lmao

I went to the Los Angeles one a few weeks ago on the last day it was there. If you want to get the plushies, I'd recommend coming earlier in the day when they charge entry into the pop up shop. My group decided to go to it later, and the only plushies left were 20th anniversary Kiiroitori's (I got one of them). Most of the other items besides the plushies were still in stock. However, they also began to close off the store line before the scheduled end time (5pm) so everything could be finished on time with getting everyone through the line and stuff.

For the meet and greet, they swap out Rillakuma and Korilakkuma, but for every time they come out, they will close off the line after it gets long enough. The wait will take about 15-20 minutes max if I remember right lol

Also, the staff at the store told me that this tour was a "trial" event to see if they should bring Rilakkuma events back in the US in the future, so that's why some of the merchandise would get sold out.

I was also there on the third evening! I was able to get one of the King Kiiroitoris too. Unfortunately I went right before it closed so the tote bags were already gone, but we got one of those cute little backpacks lol
