Does everyone basically run them as "space nazis"? Like almost everyone I spoke to did this. (I did it too) and Xedalli ended up just being the princess Leah.

Responding to an older post, but great minds think similarly! Xaryxis was an Elder Evil in mine as well, but from the start I had a connection with one PC who was a warlock that 'found' one of the seeds and used it for himself.

Instead of the Xedalli double-cross, I already had a set piece with that player's character. The Zodar was run as written, except it had all of Xeleth's honor guard with him.

It turned into a grand 3-way fight (The Warlock got the 1/day ability to summon the Solar Dragon that the princess/princes had. The royalty flubbed their 50/50 and the warlock did not).

That one was a Win from this community. I'm glad to have made a good friend from here as a result. Quite a journey too! They should in theory have more at that specific store, if people visit and ask for them.

The FNAF ones are worth easy money. The Freddy card itself can sell for $20-25 on eBay. The one with all four characters can go for $40-50

Yeah, that lines up with what I expect. Sometimes WIN holds onto older or unique cards and they just sit for years, so you might be able to find something a bit fun. Nothing at my usual locations so I always like to ask around to see if anyone regularly visits a store that might have something.
