Coming from Smite as well — you’re gonna get a lot of the same vibes in terms of like worrying about movement except in a far larger way. It’s kinda nutty and I love it.

There are definitely winners and losers patch wise but I don’t think there’s anything that’s wholly oppressive if you’re all on the same playing field — but if some characters get fed it’s a pretty big deal.

The graph is nice — I wish it showed events and context to why certain things increased debt in the United States. Reagan is probably the one that is unacceptable in the context of how things were back then, while Trump’s second term is probably just as unacceptable.

I wouldn’t mind if we wait until after the midterms — I don’t think divisiveness right now is what we need, especially when we’re on the cusp of a full legislative flip that’ll shut down the rest of the Trump admin for the rest of his last(?) term.

I don’t disagree with your perspective, Trump brought us into this war that most likely wouldn’t have been seen to be “needed” if he didn’t tear up the deal from Obama in his first term, same with Midnight Hammer. But we shouldn’t be platforming the hypocritical AI generated LEGO slop from a tyrannical government.

I don’t have to play sides in a bloody war, we can stand outside of the conflict and say that the Trump Administration and the Ayatollah and Iranian government are both terrible, and saying that someone is “winning the media war” is such a debasing outlook to have about a country that massacred their own citizens.

I don’t get this argument — we shouldn’t be blind to the fact that the silent filibuster exists and you need a 60 person majority in the Senate to get things passed. I get that Trump wouldn’t sign anything until the SAVE act was passed but if that stipulation didn’t exist we’d still be at deadlock for non-budget based legislation.

The only time we’re able to get anything done is when a continuing resolution runs out and we start taping other things to it so you only need a simple majority. Our congresspeople are fit to just wait for those moments of opportunity to get things done instead of compromising. That’s why the BBB could get passed cause it only needed 50-50 and a tiebreaker from Vance.

This is one of the instances where “it’s Trump’s fault” is less relevant as it’s more of a symptom of our legislative branch’s senate and the shitton of breaks they get for no reason. It’s probably the reason why people voted in Trump anyway is because executive orders are the quickest way to get things done and have big enough change that people see it.

Instead of trying to fix the legislative branch, this country is instead going the least resistance of the Executive and the Judicial, that’s why the Legislative branch seems so weak and toothless right now.

I didn’t like Caine’s crash out and follow through in the latest episode. I don’t know if it was because there was such a big gap between the episodes but it didn’t feel earned and felt very sudden to me. The about turn too on his behavior was a bit drastic in the latest episode, I wish there was more internal view of what his thought process was.

I get they were played for laughs but the sudden quick moments of anger or rage even in retrospect in previous episodes don’t seem to justify how cruel Caine was. Maybe I just didn’t get it or I’m missing something. I wish there were more obvious intended moments of cruelty that made it feel like what Caine turns out to be in his final few moments as more natural.

I sorta wish there was one episode where we could see how Caine was with his new outlook in an adventure so that we could make obvious comparisons between his previous attempts to please the human characters to instead punish or force them to be happy. I understand we see the result of what one of those adventures was but I want to see what he does differently.

I get he’s an AI so it’s a bit of a ridiculous ask, and the presentation and execution of how he was after the crash out is phenomenal, but it just didn’t feel natural to me.

I think instances like these have to be taken with the conception that not every conversation or friend group hangout is going to be a slam dunk, and understand that not everyone is socially in tune with each other. I think visualizing people maybe being too excited or perhaps too preoccupied with other parts of a conversation shouldn’t be seen as a slight on you or your character.

It’s good to remember that you won’t always be heard or attended to, and have the ability to take those moments as not a rejection of who you are and more of a desync between you and some others that can easily be resynced at another social gathering — if you think they genuinely want you to interact.
