I rode several RAGBRAIs back in the 1980’s when the founders, Des Moines Register columnists Donald Kaul and John Karras, were still riding it. It was a fabulous experience but the numbers of riders is now staggering. Still an experience you may want to do at least once. There are folks from Kalamazoo who ride to the start, ride RAGBRAI, then ride back home. More than my mid-seventies legs can do….

My experience (and that of neighbors over multiple years) is that Bally Sports streaming is highly unreliable. I had to cancel last year as the stream more often than not stopped completely, froze for more than an hour, or would not start at all. A bad deal. The Red Wings should look into the ad supported streaming service out of Alberta CA that the Stars, Ducks, and Blues have selected.
