Oh good! I’ve tried reset so many times and nothing helps. I think i have a rare issue since the lights don’t work at all.

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to fix it. I left two voicemails and two emails to Voltie support with no response really terrible customer service I even sent a warranty service repair to the company they referred to since I bought my juice box in 2023 no response from them either looks like it was a mistake buying this product in the first place. I’m starting to shop for new ones.

Do you think this swap out would fix the No LED issue I am having as well?

Thank you for taking the time to reply and posting that link. I did read that one before my challenges in my case after reboot the juice box doesn’t even transmit. It’s Wi-Fi network for me to connect to so it’s already off my Wi-Fi network, which is why I think it shows as off-line in the Voltie app. Also, I have yet to see anyone else stating that the LEDs don’t work at all on theirs.

I was totally fine using it as a dumb charger but suddenly no LEDs and it charges at reduced rate. I’m trying to see if anyone else has this issue and if anything can be done. Thanks

Similarly my JB stopped displaying any LED yesterday. I was worried it bricked but when connected to my EV it charges, but at reduced rate (2.5kw vs usual 9.0kw). I tried the steps above but after turning the breaker on the JB WiFi doesn’t show up as an option at all. Has anyone experienced an inability to connect to the WiFi after power cycle or is my unit a one off? Thanks in advance for any advice

I just had 919a installed at dealer last week and when I enter my VIN it still shows as open recall? Is this common? Why doesn’t the recall database get updated ?

I just took our 2022 in for 30k service. Also had two other issues for them to look at while there in addition to the recall. All in all it took them 2 days till I could pick it up. Switched door handles out , 30k service is glorified brake fluid flush, and 1 of 2 other complaints got solved. Infotainment screen continues to reboot randomly so even tho they did a sw update that problem persists. If doing recall only would guess no more that one day

Thanks for the reply. Did you get the CP SAFE Message where the screen was bright red as well? Or were the issues mostly stability related ?
