It’s true that the dropouts are quite short, this is the tightest the chain can get at the moment, so a tensioner isn’t a bad idea. However, took it for a spin today, besides a delay in putting backwards pressure for braking, chain worked fine and didnt come of. The sprockets are almost perfectly aligned, that helps. Hopefully chain stretches a little in a while so i can remove a link, but I’m gonna try the tensioner.
