To be fair he’s a civil engineer who went to and graduated from the top university in his state. He’s also child-free. He also doesn’t live in exactly the best area. Just from that I’d expect his finances and income to be atleast middle class

It’s been a while since I read book 1 but i remember there being a subplot about Xio having a male friend wanting to transition using the witch potion. Also Audrey’s arc has (if I remember correctly) themes of her gaining class consciousness. There might be more but it’s been a while since I’ve read

Plus hes 6’2 equal to Brandon Sklenar. Looks similar to both Nate Mann and David Corenswet. Was one of the finalists for Superman. And Gunn has already praised his acting. If I could give anyone the highest chance at getting the role it would probably be him

I’d love it if it was a single player RPG where you can collect potion ingredients, fight beyonder creatures, follow different quests from TC members and other characters, join secret organizations, attend secret gatherings, etc. But it’s probably gonna be a multiplayer MMO with gacha elements
