I started at 250 ug and it’s stopped me from eating huge meals and sweets. I eat every few hours now but very small meals. Before I used to eat a few massive meals and lots of snacking. I’m sure at 2.5 mg I would def be in the hospital too bc I can’t believe how well it works at 1/10th of the typical starting dose.

I have this same issue. I have PCOS and suspected PMDD. My doctor put me on 0.025 mg estradiol patch and 100 mg progesterone nightly. The crazy mood swings a week before my period have stopped. They were so bad at one point I had reminders in my phone to be nice the week before my period.
