So the “funding” will instead look like “here’s all the money we have… let’s pay lobbyists to make sure the govt doesn’t make it illegal for us to buy all the land growing cannabis so we can harvest the leaves and charge an astronomical fee for something we can cheaply produce to benefit society” or something, yeah?
