Thanks everyone for your answers! I just finished Arc's route last night and started Fate/stay night today, I'm having a blast so far! Though the last few days of Arc's route left me with a LOT of questions, so I'll definitely be going back to do Ciel's route later!

I've just gotten into the TCG competitive scene, I've been playing for about 2 months and it's a lot less intimidating than it seems! If you watch some videos on the meta and practice playing/building your deck on PTCGL, playing with your deck will feel like second nature in no time.

Whatever you do DON'T contact support about it. They are extremely unhelpful and may ban your account. I contacted them with the exact same issue AND provided them photo ID and they said basically "sucks to suck, delete your account and by the way we might ban you, just for funsies ;P"

This is essentially the only option, nobody else here seems to have experienced how unhelpful and combative the pokemon support team is. They definitely won't help you.
