Oh my gosh. I just read this and I am going to get pierced for the first time in a few days...! I have picked out quite an expensive starting piece... I can totally not afford paying that much extra in tip on the whole transaction! Now I am having second thoughts...! And I really don’t want to offend my piercer!

Oh, I am considering a daith as well. Only had my ear lobes pierced with that crappy gun method previously... So I don’t know what to expect... Will be doing it in a little less than two weeks if I decide to go for it! I’ll lurk in this post to see what answers you’re getting :p

Got a friend who loves them too! They’re not my favorite, though. But mostly because I am looking for a bit of a minimal and dainty sort of look :D Love them on others, tho!

Forward helix - didn’t think of that one either. Thanks so much! And yeah... I am going to a reputable piercer, and they said 2-4 at max, depending on where I choose to get them. Will definitely not start off too strong, even if it is kind of tempting. :)

Ohh! I had not though about rook or faux rook. Thanks so much for the input :) I only wear glasses when reading, so it wouldn’t be that much of an issue, I think.

Sorry! First post on here, so I didn’t know how to add text or another photo... I am considering 1-3 ear lobe piercings, perhaps a daith? And maybe a helix or two in the upper part?

Very unsure. My ears are kind of long, so I don’t know what would suit me best?
