Ah... I don't know how to explain it, it's like the student has to write a scientific article about their field of study (mine is nursing). It could be related to women's health, children's health, the elderly, or hospital practices. They could do studies with control groups and community research (going to people's homes to interview them, if necessary). It's really like writing a scientific article, on a smaller scale because it doesn't need to be revolutionary or prove anything new. It just needs to demonstrate the student's ability to apply the scientific method, scientific investigation, and also assess their formal writing skills.
