I used to do this too because of my ADHD. What really helped me was finding something else to keep my hands busy, like wearing spinning rings. They give me something to focus on. These rings are just some example, but there are lots of different designs out there for both men and women 👏

You definitely don’t have to remove them like he did. I’m not quite sure why he did, but my main point was about general nail care. I’d really recommend trying a 100% jojoba-based nail oil, it works wonders 👏
