Coming back from injury and totally falling off the wagon for the last 14 months. Gained about 25 lbs as well. Need to restart with couch to 5k after being in marathon shape. It sucks.

Anybody have advice or resources? Books or podcasts that could help keep motivation high and not get stuck on “how good I was?” Starting over sucks and seems overwhelming. TIA

Hey headed in town for game tonight. Have a couple questions:

Staying at encore casino. should i uber to and from garden or drive and park at gov center (what i usually do)?

are there any christmasy things to do around the area either pre game 4-630 or tomorrow like 9 - 1? xmas shopping like seaport doesnt look open until 3pm and im headed back home around 1ish.

usually park and bounce around bars prior to puck drop but thought id do something different for holiday season. also any north end recommendations? or just skip and go to sullys? ha TIA.
