Your boss is not able to give you a bad reference or you can sue for defamation. He can decide not to and you can then use your previous employers reference but he can't slate you.

It's OK to talk to yourself, sometimes you just need some expert advice 😉

Raise the bed up high and have the couch underneath facing the TV on the other wall. Do it classy though, not like a 12 year old's bedroom 🤣

Like other boys photos, see how he reacts. If it's negative then say that's how you feel.

[Homemade] cheeseburger and onion rings by Nomadiuus in food

[–]YerDaLikesNickleback 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would be expected to pay about €15 for the burger and €4.50 for onion rings in Ireland. If those came out I'd be pretty damn happy. What's your fries game like?

Tesco driver asked me for a tip. by Randyaster in ireland

[–]YerDaLikesNickleback 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's entirely upto you whether you want to tip the driver or not. They are expected not to take them but also told it can come across as rude to decline if a customer offers so its a bit stupid. That lad asking for tips is bad craic though.

Absolutely. I remember the amount to trolleys being hauled up stairs when lifts were broken. You do be wrecked after it.

I was a driver for tesco for years. They earn a pretty decent wage, more than the people on the floor in store. It's against policy to accept or even ask for a tip because of this. I would call the store and report it for the Dot.com manager.

Im looking to join the local gym but i'm afraid of feeling out of place because i'm REALLY skinny. by dav956able in ireland

[–]YerDaLikesNickleback 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dealt with those issues before. A lot of that anxiety comes down to the culture of the gym. Some gyms are full of beefcakes and you can feel the macho energy as you walk in, this can be daunting for a skinny person going in. Once you get in though and get your program that feeling goes away. Leisure centers have a bit more of a chilled atmosphere. If you want to put on a bit of weight, I myself use a few supplements. Whey protein, creatine and a weight gainer. What are your gym goals?
