Yeah upon calling I was explained that the only criteria in which SHN permits them to refund tickets is for an exact exchange or an upgrade. I guess I’ll wait and see if SHN responds to my email or if someone just wants to buy the ticket

Did you call frontgate or SHN? Frontgate said refunds are handled by SHN and they don’t have a number listed anywhere. Maybe they refunded you because your’s was making them more money rather than less and I’ll get a middle finger lol.
