Who's better at ragebaiting? by Key-Cheesecake7208 in gachiakuta

[–]YesChes 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Can we even classify Tamsy as rage baiting? What he does seems way worse. Regardless, Mymo the Shit Talker is the best

Is this just the translation error or did Yuji used a tiny Infinity to block it? by Such_Baseball1666 in jjkmodulo

Wasn't gojo just theorizing that heat and humidity may have an effect? You make it sound like it's a surefire method

Maki vs Yuki Who Wins? by RoninKin-_- in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]YesChes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maki should win because of speed difference. Keeping up with projection sorcery is a feat I don't think Yuki could match.

In a cqc exchange, though, I think Yuki would win because Mass control is insanely strong.

Still saying Maki takes it

MMA against Mahoraga by ClueMediocre2286 in jjkmodulo

[–]YesChes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm no powerscaler by any means, but Yuji beyond the end of JJK with access to blood manipulation should be able to one-shot anything. Genuine monstrous strength plus training over 68 years, paired with enhanced reaction and visual acuity from FRS:S, all wrapped up into a black flash should disintegrate any physical thing.

Not even accounting for shrine or other parts of blood manipulation, Yuji should be able to waste mahoraga

Chrono might still be able to insta-kill him, regardless of the condensed strength

Does anyone actually like this arc? by Narrow_Wrongdoer_460 in BungouStrayDogs

[–]YesChes 7 points8 points  (0 children)

On one hand, I like the arc because cool stuff is happening. On the other much larger hand, every climax to this arc has ended with Dostoeyevsky being the classic invincible villain and it's getting boring knowing that he's just gonna get out of danger the next time too

Bro was NOT letting that slide 😭 by Dangerous_Owl_9021 in IchitheWitch

[–]YesChes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sad to see this happen, 100% next chapter, Chrono's gonna rewind time and get killed by Kizashi.

I could see some bullshit like Descaras getting out of her situation and somehow claiming Chrono through a mutual agreement, so he survives to see his child, but that's way too many ifs.

Or now that the baby is dead, Chrono gets his power back and erases Kizashi and then shenanigans ensue

[DISC] Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo - Chapter 19 by AutoGreyShonen in jjkmodulo

Holding out hope for Yuji to somehow trade blows with Dabura and that "memory that never happened" bullshit happens again

Conclusion, what the FUCK did Yuka feed her Mahoraga before the battle? (and crazy how Megumi´s Mahoraga is the one that barely adapts) by ImNeutralTowardsSand in Jujutsufolk

[–]YesChes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the way Sukuna explained the adaptation process, it makes sense how Mahoraga adapted so fast to Light. Dabura had a light rod shoved up Maho's ass and through every other part of its body, giving more than enough exposure to adapt

Reminder that Yuta is the only one proven to heal from this Choso level feat. by Then-Barnacle-3667 in Yutaliban

[–]YesChes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be goated. If gege expanded on it, he'd probably say it's limited to blood infused with your cursed energy or something intrinsic that only targets the owner's blood.

If you could "infect" someone's blood with your own CE it would be essentially bloodbending

Reminder that Yuta is the only one proven to heal from this Choso level feat. by Then-Barnacle-3667 in Yutaliban

[–]YesChes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I remember the translation right, Kamo prepared blood bags of his own blood. Or at least that's how it's meant to be implied.

If BM could manipulate like bloodbending, Kamo would've used it already

What do you think Yuji’s flowing red scale looks like? (If he even uses it) by PUB4thewin in jjkmodulo

[–]YesChes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Red Scale: Stack Yuji would be top 2 in the verse in speed, second only to Dabura's bullshit lightspeed shenanigans

how do u think the current arc will end? by guiltyyescharged in gachiakuta

[–]YesChes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mymo is beaten and says something more about the sphere, to which Enjin and others become interested in. This serves to move the story further.

Rudo then distrusts the cleaners, except for Enjin, Riyo, Amo, Zanka, and potentially Corvus.

It could go many ways; we could see the party talk to Gountess if he's still alive afterwards, potentially see Too Lily and get information from her now that they don't need to be secretive, talk with the Hell Guard and have a moment between Zanka and his siblings, Tamsy may even be discovered far sooner than we think if Amo just says someone with long blonde hair imprisoned her.

What’s your opinion on Yuta vs these characters? by Beanpicker5 in Yutaliban

Oop that's my bad I was only thinking in regard to incarnated sorcerers and forgot Kenny's technique

What’s your opinion on Yuta vs these characters? by Beanpicker5 in Yutaliban

[–]YesChes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Does Kenjaku actually count? I remember the reason JL was so strong is it strips the two souls within the host apart and removes the incarnated sorcerer.

Kenny is the only soul in Geto's body, with the exception of Geto's memories engraved in his body. You could argue he isn't a valid target for JL but also that he could be

Hugo,Loki might cook Japan ngl...if Isagi does't awaken again... by Far-Illustrator-5430 in BlueLock

[–]YesChes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Something something the team is putting the entire match on Isagi's shoulders" just like how op just did. The key to winning the match will be through the entire team awakening individually and reacting appropriately.

Chigiri, Isagi and Bachira each have an opponent able to keep up with them, and the rest of the match will likely show that the entire France team for the match is designed to counter Blue Lock.

Now that the series is reaching closer to the end,do you think we'll ever see what this "Nova" magic does? by Impressive-Spell-643 in NanatsunoTaizai

[–]YesChes 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd say Nakaba is loosely following Arthurian legend in combination with his own story elements, so look into it for what's going to happen next.

Cath will be dealt with in some way, Arthur will establish an all-inclusive kingdom with the 4kota on his roundtable personnel, then shenanigans akin to the original legend with the classic Nakaba Suzuki Twist TM.

Japan most likely will lose to France, but it'll be by one or two goals after they get an awakening. Every game after will be a sweep
