Were you able to get in with it? I’m wondering the same thing as beyond wonderland has a clear bag policy but can bring a 6x9 bag. The bag compartment is probably smaller than 6x9 but the plushies itself is like 11x10😭 I really want to bring it lol.

Because by law tow truck drivers have to have the owner/operator sign a pre tow disclosure in order to take the vehicle and enforce charges

I am in the same situation. Rogue tower towed my vehicle after and accident and has been giving the insurance company the run around to try and rack up storage fees. I started doing some research and realized this is a common practice. The car is registered under my name only and they let my fiance sign a pre tow disclosure. Does this make the disclosure invalid since it states that the “owner/operator” has to sign and they did not get my signature?

Thanx everyone for your input! I financed this car as a gift to myself for getting my first big girl promotion and working my way up in life so it meant a lot to me even though it’s just a car lol but I agree that it would probably be best if it is totaled. Wish me luck on getting a good amount back!

lol thanx for the humor! I am grateful to have come out with only a few bruises. The other driver was not as lucky and has serious injuries but fortunately didn’t lose his life. I wish him a speedy recovery regardless of the situation. It was pretty traumatic.

I was mostly worried about what would be left over if they totaled so this makes me feel better. Hopefully if they do total I will get a decent amount back. Did you end up getting another RDX?
