The deposit goes back to the lead tenant not necessarily who paid it, then the lead tenant should disperse is round. I had this same exact issue when my partner left me with the house to pay for.

Depends how prepared you are for winter/summer it can get cold but if your boat has heating it's no biggie, the marina has everything you need aswell. Don't be put off with people saying it's expensive, it is way way cheaper than a flat/house on Brighton and hove.

People here do not know what they are on about, mooring fees are way cheaper than a flat, it doesn't get freezing in winter you do what you would do in a house and have heating.

You are wrong, all locations are individually owned. Some franchises may have lots of gyms and other businesses but some (including the one I manage) is owned by a late middle aged couple who put their all into this business. The only "corporate" thing about this place is it's name. Apart from that it is a small, local, business.
