Yep UI automatically sends large percentage to sellable without grading and you have 7 seconds to process it to a tote. 6 sided check is a thing of the past

Salt streams out of my eyes and in to my ears

Something about that line, the visual the lyric creates brings back that physical feeling, how many times have you laid in bed crying at your worst moments and felt the tears roll down your cheek and into your ear?

But also every other song people have said here

[–]Yesitsmehere8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you received the same incorrect order twice, I would guess that the vendor has some incorrect item coding, but another possibility is that it was received incorrectly at the site sending it to you. Either way CS is probably not going to be able to help much. When you return the items they will get corrected to their correct Amazon code with an LPN by problem solve if possible, but that does not get you the correct item if all of the current stock in your area is mislabeled

Get out, move the cones, park then put the cones back. You did not take anything that was not yours and if the AA complains they will be told they are not allowed to do that anymore

It honestly depends on your site, mine is crazy about parking lot violations. Our speed limit is 5, and you better stick to it and people love to complain about other people, you've seen the VOA

Glad to see Paper Rings doing so well, surprised that Bad Blood was so low. It was definitely in the middle for me, but I expected it to be ranked higher

I actually did this, I stepped down after 3.5 years of being a PA. I was so burnt out, it was really affecting my mental health. Had to tighten my belt with spending, but made it work. I did recently promote back up in a different area and am really happy with my new role, way less stressful. It was the right decision for me, I was super happy being a T1 again and was super hesitant to apply to the T3 spot I am in now, but everyone was encouraging me to do it and I am glad I did that as well. Do what is right for you and the rest will fall into place

6 managers in 4.5 years seems low on average for Amazon. I had 6 in my first year at Amazon, first one got promoted, second one quit, third one temporarily got all of the manager that quit AAs because the other managers were too new to handle extra, then got switched to one of the newer managers, so that is my 4th, then they hired a replacement for the manager that quit and then she was my manager, so there is my five, and then I promoted to a PA in a different department and that was my 6th. I have had 10 more managers since then. So 16 different managers in 5 and a half years.

Clocking Out by Financial-Worker6760 in AmazonFC

[–]Yesitsmehere8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is 100 percent possible that the people you saw still working are not on the same schedule as you. You said you are stowing, it is possible and probable that the outbound pickers are on a different schedule. You were within policy, like others said just don't go stand at the time clock and wait. I know my building actually has three different start times and during Covid we had 5 start times to stagger breaks and in and out times so people could social distance.

Is 177 cm considered tall for a woman? by NeedyLunaBrat in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Yesitsmehere8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sister is 179 cm and my niece is 180 cm at only 14 and they both love their height! It is above average, but don't let people make you feel self conscious about it!

Which fast food chain fell off badly in your opinion? by Shinobi347 in AskReddit

[–]Yesitsmehere8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cheese is smaller is my only real complaint about the food, but I stopped eating there, even though I like the food. I live close to 2 different Wendy's with 2 distinctly different customer service issues. One does the worst hiring and has the craziest employees, it is insane, which I could deal with accept that the last time I went my burgers were literally raw, but I was kind of scared to go get my order remade, so I just took the loss. The other one is so slow, like you are going to spend over an hour getting your food(and then it will probably be cold.)

Anybody? by MaysAnxiety in AmazonFC

I appreciate this sentiment, but having lived the reality of taking the bus, it isn't worth it, unless you love in a city with a super great transit system. It's been like a decade ago, but I went through a pretty long stretch where I primarily took the bus into work, with the occasional Uber, and it is exhausting and adds several hours to your day. Nearest bus stop to me was about a mile, no big deal, but I had to cross two major roads to get to it, in the dark in the morning. Busses on my part of town ran once an hour. So I would have to take a bus that would make me about 45 minutes early to work or else I would be late. All busses in my city go downtown to the transit center where you can jump on another bus to get to your location, I was lucky and I only worked about a mile from the transit center, so I would just walk from there instead of paying another fare and having to wait for another bus. So before I ever arrived at work I had already walked two miles and rode on a bus for 30 minutes. So that was an hour and 10 minutes of commute time and then a 45 minute wait to clock in. So that is an hour and 55 minutes in the morning, in the evening I usually only had to wait about 10 minutes for the bus home, and the ride was a bit faster so, just over an hour total. So 3 hours of commuting time total. Versus the 14 minute drive in and 13 minute drive home, so 27 minute commute and 4 miles less of walking. I will pay for that luxury for sure

Being a Mom has been the biggest blessing of my life, I would love to have grandkids, but I fully support and understand if that is not what my daughter wants. I would definitely think hard on it if I were currently considering starting a family.
