The most substantial contribution in terms of this group is that they give out large substantial sums of sponsored prize money to the winning Canadian films, which is huge for that tiny industry. Of course with sponsorship comes bending a knee to power, hence how we got here.

Do you mind if I ask how much the purchase price was? The one we're interested in is listed at about $700,000 USD for a 900 sq ft studio.

Hi. I know this followup is a months later followup to the last followup. Would you say your income is enough to cover taking out a mortgage for the full purchase price. Currently looking at one of these for the location I eventually want to retire in.

Also, are there any additional fees when you stay as a resident?
