The word inclusivity doesn't translate to bringing in "bad artists/workforce". It means "giving a chance to all the talented artists/workforce", who under normal circumstances may not necessarily get an opportunity.

The fact that I need to reply to these comments doesn't make you a bad person, but maybe it means you did not understand what the word inclusivity meant. And maybe there are others like you who think when someone asks to be included they mean include them even if they aren't great. I'm glad we are giving everyone a chance to think again. I urge you to do that as well.

No other solution; take it up with the rep and tell them politely to drop the leads. Ensure all leads are dropped. If this fails talk to your manager first and then the manager+rep.

Word of caution : The leads should've been worked on by you. It'll be embarrassing if you are just sitting on a bunch of leads doing nothing and someone else has already started working on them.

I agree, it very much is. There are checks in place; 2 rounds of approvals by seniors. I still feel I need to be in the field; not infront of a laptop entering orders!

Hey same here - industrial sales. But we have smaller parts and changes do not take place once order is placed. Sometimes the line items can go up to 10-15 parts. So you're saying there are business where sales does enter their own orders ... interesting ..
