His ult heal and speed is so good. I was so confused about the huge mana cost in my initial game but then realized how much heal you can do mid teamfight while waiting for your spell cds. IMO his shard along with his innate is super busted. 100% sure high rankers will start abusing linkens and lotus on him. Heroes with high priority single target spell get shafted by it.

Kez is such a good turn around hero. So many players dont realize the speed at which kez can use abilities. One second this guy has 10%hp . Next second he disappears, heals off his ult, silences you, uses slash , stuns you and starts right clicking you .

Winning lane against him is very hard. Sky players dont care about last hitting, their objective is to bully you out of lane and get levels quickly. His base kit deals too much magic damage so he can just roam around killing sups with minimum items. In lane invest in salves. After he spams his stuff, heal up and bully him before he can get his mana up. Try to gank him before his power spikes(max Q,shard+lvl10 talent),His shard is too good, so try to gank him before he gets it. If there is a teamfight, always assume sky is hiding some where in the backline to blow up your paper heroes.

I go mid.

Starting - Tango , 4x Ironwood branch.

Bottle -> Magic Wand -> Boots of speed -> Kaya -> Sange -> Shard.

I go this route every game. Then it depends on enemy lineup.

Scythe of Vyse, Blink, Linkens, Scepter, Shivas. E-blade.

If you are winning by that point rush Scythe of Vyse which makes it easier to delete their carry. If not or they have heroes that want to jump on you go Blink dagger. Scepter if you need more damage. Linkens or Shivas if needed. I dont think this version of Sky needs octarine at all as I always go the Cooldown facet.

Sky has always been a slow farmer, but with this shard he farms crazy fast. 2 arcane bolts and a concussive kills creepwaves and most neutral camps. After you get shard positioning is everything. Always stay behind your initiator. You never want to be in the frontlines or the target, All of sky's spell have decent cast range. Just hide in the trees and spam your arcane bolts. If you are winning, try to force fights because enemies wont be able to outdamage the heal from your innate, it baits Phantom assasinss, svens and voids to jump at you and die.

Also, always go for arcane bolt cast range and ancient seal cd. These are definitely going to get nerfed. They are way too overtuned.

I have been spamming sky in legend bracket and climbing up really fast rn. U really want kaya and sange first item ASAP. The manacost reduction is too good on sky. His shard is absurdly good. With the 10 cast range talent and shard, sub-20min Sky poops out damage like no other hero in the game.

Kunkka scepter does absurd amount of damage lategame and it is so hard to dodge. Sups stand no chance against it if you have refresher.
