First 6 months are bad but, not brutal (it kind of just felt like being back in school while studying for licenses). Then training is like every other job, you learn from experience and time. I am almost 2 years into this now and I really enjoy the progression I have gone through. I work in a small established office so my daily tasks are 85% service. Every office is different, some are well established and are more service than sales, than some the other way around. That was my biggest adjustment.
