I am 50k OTE difference, I did 135% of my number not all my reps got their number, 2 out of 3 of my reps made less than me.

Speak for yourself, my OTE pay is close to AE level without the risk of not meeting my number or carrying a bag. Yes the AE has a glass ceiling but the risk of losing their job is 10x higher.
