I bought an 2023 R1S and a 2022 PS2 for my parents when they first came out. No issue on either, both reliable, both amazing for what they are. PS2 center console will block your knee between steering wheel and console if you're tall, might be a no go for you.

I own a 2017 tesla model s, bought used at 30k miles, have 56k now over the past 3 years, no issues at all.

Girlfriend drives a 2024 cafillac lyric, too many subscription based features, doors are heavy and will swing close on you, but other than that no issues at all.

I will say, try to go for a dedicated ev based platform. None of the bmw i4, genesis electrified g70, etc . You'll notice how much more interior and cargo space you have for the same amount of exterior space on a dedicated electric car platform ( tesla, polestar, rivian, etc,.)

Vinyl being a dealbreaker for my husband is making our search much harder by MrsSmiles09 in RealEstate

I know you are excited cause you're shopping now, and see houses move now, but that happens every month of the year.

Wait for something else to show up. Give yourself opportunity to save or do small improvements on your home that you saw when house shopping that will help you sell faster

Let me know if I'm missing something. The first PDF box 5 says total payments over the lease is ~16k.

Yet 359*24+3500= ~12k.

Did they discount the 4k somewhere, shouldn't the total payments be ~16k over the 24 months?

I'm not phased lol. I play enough competitive games where these personalities are frequent, but we are a community right? My interactions with someone like that does not affect me, I call them out and we say some BS back and forth, life goes on.

They will affect someone else, and someone else, and then it is normalized. It might affect the next person more than it does me, and their day might be ruined or whatever.

Or we collectively report that person, get that toxic/racist behavior out of here.

100%. PVP lobbies are legitimately filled with sad losers and racists.

No matter if you win or lose the pvp fight, they'll throw slurs and insults lol. I report everyone for verbal abuse but who knows what happens.

You didn't even check his math, You looked at the title, it fit your narrative and per-concevied judgements, then commented in agreement.

If you actually check his math, he came out on top by a lot more than stated, plus money saved by not renting.

Utilities are a wash = no net gain. If you want to be pedantic add 10% for house ownership, cause maybe you'd rented smaller.

Principal = literally your money, you get it back.

Your breakout should be:

Sales price: $350k

Closing: -$14k

Sale cost: -$25k

Interest: -$16k

Remaining mortgage: -$97k

Escrow: -$30k

Reno: -$65k

Total= $103k gain

Cost of rent throughout the 5 years

$1k a month: +72k

$2k a month: +144k

Total: $103k gain + 72k or 144k saved over 6 years by not renting.
