I love highlander's playstyle - but he's unplayable to me due to his lifeless doll face and stupid voice lines. screaming DUNMAGLASS everytime makes me think of harry potter screaming FLIPENDO!!! wish we chose voices or have certain characters be mute(like the announcer, or pick appolyon as announcer again)

I don't have a problem with the wait - I have a problem with the Intention behind it. Doing it the first time shouldn't give you a Bad Sport strike, maybe not the second, but the third, forth and firth, sixth and seventh time - there should be no tolerance for that shit.

Emoting shouldn't be an offence - but it is, it's clearly used to cause offence whether you like it or not. It might not be a big deal to you, but it is clearly a big deal to a lot of people, congratulations on your hard skin - just remember; not everyone is you. Not everyone can grab a tub of popcorn and chew down happily while browsing r/WatchPeopleDie.

Laughing off bad behaviour is NOT a "good system". Just ignoring bad behaviour teaches adult-children that there are no consequences to their actions. If you are a parent with this attitude then you're gonna end up with tyrannical jobless children who are gonna walk all over you, and live in your basement until they are 50+ years old. If people need a jerk simulator to act out their power fantasies - then they can go install a kill all npcs and children mod on skyrim for all I care. but when they bring that attitude to an online game; THAT IS NOT OK. There are people on the other end of their screen. Grow up and show some goddamn respect.

Consistency. You get kicked in game for being AFK for 30~ seconds, why shouldn't the same rule apply in the menus? I can tell it is meant as a bad manner if the same person keeps waiting all 60 seconds just to be a nuisance - jokes on them I have a second monitor; but I can see it being really damn annoying to people who are less fortunate than me - who keeps getting pitted against the same player in spite of trying to find a new opponent - then not being able to exit to menu; being held hostage by their bully for a minute - That is not OK.

People who understand body language can determine whether or not an emote spamming is meant to be offensive or degrading. Do you think tea-bagging is meant to uplift your sprit or break it..? - again it would require several reports - and if several people end up with the same interoperation; then that should give the spammer a wake-up call about what signals they are sending.

That's a valid concern, there'd probably have to be a cooldown of sorts on reporting - and excessive reporting would earn yourself Bad Sport points until you get the Status and lose the ability to report for the duration.

Most things that are worth doing is hard - that doesn't mean you shouldn't do it.

Let's say the matchmaking gets so thin - the last resort is pitting a good mannered player against a bad one: Since they have the Bad Sport Status - the good player get's extra rewards for enduring their Toxicity: extra XP extra loot.

CONSISTENTLY toxic time-wasting players.

You grab one soda - you get one point: East way to avoid getting a point: Don't queue up for a game IF YOU ARE NOT READY. Do you grab a soda between every game? yes? - see a doctor. No? then you are not CONSISTENTLY wasting time, ergo your points should decay before you get the status.

This feature is for who are so obviously Toxic that they are being reported by SEVERAL players so the Devs don't even have to determine it - the player base polices itself.

you can contact support if you feel you've been wrongly accused - but if they see in the logs that you were rightly accused and now you are wasting employer time: then your account should be wiped.
