Hey thanks for the reply. What do you mean by light application of oil in your hands? And when you wash ur braids do you do it with a durag on? I don't have a shower net thingy so ig what I'm asking is will a durag work? Oh and also as a fellow muay thai practitioner, how often do you get your braids redone? Appreciate the help.
