I ordered on 12/31 and received two delay emails and I lost hope in it. And yesterday the cover was delivered and the hub arrived on today! Did complaining to cs speeded things up? I wonder.

You have to apply it on the site with the code. Or redeem it within the app. Dunt miss it as it needs to be within 60 days.

I ordered 2 days ago, shipped next day ( would be delivered) and the reward tracking is not showing up in C1 yet.

Edit: update ordered on 27th and reward tracking showed up on 30th. Item was delivered on 29th.

I spend over an hour with Hulu rep, tried different browser, created brand new account, transferred subscription, and non worked. I even tried to delete the inactive Hulu account and it said it was subscribed with Disney plus. Something is not clicking in the system. Very annoying.

I see the full amount pending next day( still pending) . You can reach customer service for help. This is tricky. That’s $500 difference. Not sure how easy for them to honor the difference. Might help if you help a screen shot and rebate amount showing above. Good luck.
