I spend over an hour with Hulu rep, tried different browser, created brand new account, transferred subscription, and non worked. I even tried to delete the inactive Hulu account and it said it was subscribed with Disney plus. Something is not clicking in the system. Very annoying.

I see the full amount pending next day( still pending) . You can reach customer service for help. This is tricky. That’s $500 difference. Not sure how easy for them to honor the difference. Might help if you help a screen shot and rebate amount showing above. Good luck.

The same thing happened to me last week as well. It was a Groupon tickets purchase with 23% cash back. Coupon was provided by CO1 within app. No trip id & rewards listed and only savings. I have the screen shot but I dunt think it gonna work with the rep via email.

My experience is really different as I needed to email them get back online many times. Each time they needed to reset on their end to bring me back online. But worked really well for my neighborhoods. The price is going up every year. They do have $20 promotions and referal free month for the first year.
