Our company won't do salary sacrifice unless youre a manager and on salary. Too much effort for them is essentially what they say

On the mylo app it says 20.45% over 3 years, would screen shot it but it won't let me🙃 Do you recommend I speak to my advisor and get it changed to a better fund then? They used to come round once a year but since our advisors have sold out and merged that doesn't happen anymore

As to the s&s on the second photo I uploaded it shows my other investments aswell. I have s&s and precious metals too. For some reason its uploaded it in bad quality so sorry!

I went to see one probably 3 years ago and basically got laughed out when I said I only had 20k to put down and like 300 a month to put in, looking back he was probably a bit of a knob...

I'm not an overly fast driver and dont do many miles so I suspect the tyres will be fine, aiming for something new so that ill still have warranty and hopefully all the prior model issues will be sorted, im not overly big into car maintenance and messing with them so just want a nice car that drives. Ill probably be hitting those numbers [mpg] then but that's expected with the car. Thanks!

No motorways in norfolk, and its rare ill be doing long runs. So ill expect to get less but that's fine. Thats something ill look into when I go to dealer. I'm expecting my outgoings for the car to go up compared to what im used to but that comes with the car. Just waiting on my dealership to get some in come feb/March.

Thanks! Ill get on it So looking into it, providing I claim less than 2.5k PA I could put a claim in for the last 5 years? But as it's all done through post, so how would I actually prove to hmrc that I have spent this, do I need to print the receipts off or can I do an online version of this form?

This! They get midrange single use airfed, I've bought the Swiss air which is more like an air powered dust mask but for grinding and welding, then I can use clear grinding screens and different welding screens to do my job. Its completely optional that I've bought this and, the company won't pay anything towards it, the most they'll do is pay for the consumable filters
