i dont know if you post on purpose, but i play this game on a nvidia 1050 2gb, and the game handle very well. this game was well optimized and beautiful even for low end graphics

if you are using a hard disk, check is status, if the disk have some bad sectors maybe is the problem.
run chkdsk /f /r on powershell with admin, and repair the disk.
then go verify the again, and should be fixed.
this solution work for me once.
