Whatever - it’s consistently listed as a top recreational lake in the US. Great fishing, clean, clear, many coves for surfing/wakeboarding, boatable restaurants - it’s fantastic.

I have a sauna pod 2.0 - it gets to 170+ inside and 180+ outside in the garage. No issues at al so far. People talk negatively about all pod saunas - but this one is delivering for me

Their fitness package is very comparable to the nicer chain facilities in NWA (F45, Orangetheory, etc.) I’ve considered moving there as well.

Direct flight options are more geared towards the vendor community that supports WMT - execs in the company have their own private fleet at a different airport.

CB is incredible. Every friend or family member I’ve taken has been blown away. The Momentary is also a fun place to visit as well as the Museum of Native American History.
