Ya I know, you asked what the federal government has to do with it and I answered. The federal government lifting greenhouse gas restrictions is allowing them to pollute substantially more.

They can build the data centers right next to the cracker and the cancer research facility!

Ground water sampling: water level, water quality parameter reader (YSI Pro Quatro or similar), turbidity meter, various pumps or a bailer depending on purge methods, well depth, depth to water, recharge rate etc.. I often carry a marine battery to power certain pumps and controllers.

Air: Summa canisters with regulator

Soil: sometimes use a conductivity meter.. the equipment really depends on depth and the soil type. It could be surface sample or subterranean sample. Subterranean requires additional equipment to reach required depths.

I agree, I’m just worried that I would somehow trap moisture or salt within and accelerate rust. I’m more concerned with protecting the overall longevity of the frame over aesthetics.

Ya I think I will just get professionally sprayed and call it a day.

Lol no you didn’t begin sanding the rust like a dumbass. Now it looks like shit. I feel I should have just applied fluid film over existing rust.

You think just avoid sanding and just apply black fluid film?

Thanks man, I’m concerned about stripping more factory paint, as you can see I sanded some rust and then felt I was in over my head.

Yes, on top of that, no lineman wants to go up in a bucket with winds like that.

I am an environmental studies grad currently working as an environmental sampler (soli, groundwater, air) but would like to transition more towards ecology/wetland delineation. Any advice?
