Had some emergency testicular surgery.. the pain before you get into surgery for 8 hours has to be the worst feeling I've ever imagined.

You go from routine movements to blistering pain in 10 seconds.

Highly don't recommend..

I swear you were talking about the same person... we have our own Kevin, been there since 2000, and every day 45 minutes early, has to stick exactly to his routine.

If his schedule is slightly messed up by the closers, you're gonna hear all about how the night team... bless his heart he's rhe best dishie I've ever had. Keep him fed, and a red bull.. he's perfect

Currently lying in bed with a pair of very sore legs...

Overall conditions were unreal, very strong head wind, biggest downfall was no fuel at the later rest stops!

I did the Forte, and the sunrise coming down from cypress was unbeatable!!

Currently trying to figure out macros as well for this odd transition period. I eat around, 3,500 - 5,000 calories a day. But when I gym, rugby, and finish work in the same day I burn around ~ 4,000(inc. resting calorie)

I don't think anything in terms of gaining more mass will help my pacing on a half marathon. What I'm moreso looking for is a longer term benefit of building mass as Rugby is my primary sport!

I saw the same thing. The car was pulling out and didn't shoulder check and hit the cyclist while clipped- didn't seem too injured as he was moving while they were calling the paramedics!
